Three Week Detoxification Cleanse (A Personal Workshop)

Cleanse the excesses of Summer and kick start the Fall.

The change of season is a great time to cleanse your system of the toxins we are exposed to through air and water pollution, chemicals, and over consumption of refined, lifeless foods. This is especially true as we enter the Fall where heavier, heartier foods prevail. Barbara has formulated a three week detoxification protocol that will gently cleanse the liver, kidney’s, lymphatic and circulatory systems of toxins that can deplete your energy, lower immunity, slow your metabolism and promote aging. Although most detox protocols require fasting, Barbara has created a plan that allows you to eat foods from carefully selected groups to aid in the detoxification process without allowing you to feel hungry. Through this gentle and easy to follow protocol you will increase energy levels, lose weight, and feel great too.

Lifestyle Nutrients™ Workshop Series

In 2002, Barbara developed the Lifestyle Nutrients Nutrition &Yoga Workshop Series™ as a fun way to help clients meet their health goals. Combining the principles of nutrition with the wisdom of yoga, these workshops have helped hundreds of clients improve their eating habits, manage stress, loose weight and improve energy levels by encouraging simple yet effective behavior changes to help them meet their goals.Held throughout the year, these workshops are two hours in length; one and a quarter hour yoga class with a 45 minute nutrition lecture targeted towards specific nutritional objectives.

Private & Group Yoga Classes

Barbara is a popular and enthusiastic yoga teacher with a real understanding of what the individual or class needs. Combining Hatha Yoga with devotional music, Barbara’s classes are upbeat and fun, with an opportunity to learn about nutrition and health.

Because she feels passionate about sharing information, Barbara uses the class setting to provide specific information on the benefits of postures and how to promote health through yoga and nutrition.
