The change of seasons is always a great time to re-evaluate things and access the happenings of the season that’s past and determine what’s to come in the month’s ahead.   Each season brings with it it’s own particular climate and with it, it’s own natural wonder.  Spring is the most glorious time of the year and is symbolic of renewal.  As things withered in the Fall, laid dormant in the Winter, it now emerges anew with the climate of Spring.  There is no better time of the year to evaluate where you have been and decide what you would like to create in the month’s ahead.

Clearing the clutter from Winter from both our outer and inner lives is a challenging task but also a rewarding one.  And this is true for my internal life as well as the external.

Detoxification has long been recommended as a tool for promoting vibrancy, energy, longevity and mental clarity.  It is a great way to lighten the burden on your digestive system so that more energy is allowed to move to your vital organs for restoration and regeneration.   I am a fan of detoxification and often recommend it to my clients to help jump start a healthy lifestyle plan.  The clients that do it, love it and report the most extraordinary results, from improved sleep patterns, greater focus, more energy and a little extra weight loss, which they all love.
